I wanted to create something that Hansel and Gretel would be proud of. So instead of plastic toy bricks, this time I used chocolate bricks.

I used over 6,000 individual Ritter Sport chocolate bars to build an entire house out of chocolate. I left the chocolate in the different flavor wrappers so I would have a pallette of colors to use.

It took me 18 straight hours to create the entire home and I didn’t use any adhesive. As is so often in life, I just needed to find the right balance.
